Torispherical Head (also called torispherical dish end or torispherical ends) is widely applied for pressure tanks to storage liquids and gasses. The torispherical head consists of a spherical surface, a cylindrical edge of a certain height, and a transition section connecting the above two parts with a radius of curvature smaller than the radius of the sphere. Our asme torispherical head can be made with carbon steel, stainless steel, austenitic and non ferritic metals that can be cold worked. The stress distribution of torispherical dish head is not as uniform as elliptical head, but the manufacturing processing of the torispherical head is easier. However, torispherical dish end is the better option when the elliptical head of the mold processing is difficult. We can fabricate torispherical ends in most popular sizes and thicknesses.

Hot pressed dished heads, also known as hot formed dished heads, are specialized components used in the construction of pressure vessels and tanks. In the fabrication of hot pressed dished heads, a metal plate is heated to an appropriate temperature and then pressed against a mold or die with the desired curvature. This method ensures a precise and uniform shape, resulting in heads that offer improved structural integrity and stress distribution compared to other shapes.Vessel dished head is an indispensable and important part of pressure vessel equipment in many industries from petrochemical, atomic energy to food and pharmaceutical.

The vessel dished head is the end cap on the pressure vessel and is a major pressure-bearing part of the pressure vessel. The role played is that of sealing. Firstly, it is made into the upper and lower bottom of the tank-shaped pressure vessel, secondly, when the pipe reaches the head and is not ready to extend forward, a head is used to seal the pipe in the form of welding. Products with similar functions as heads are blind plates and pipe caps, but these two products can be dismantled. But these two products can be disassembled, whereas a head cannot be disassembled after it has been welded. The fittings used with them are pressure vessels, pipes, flanges, elbows, tees, crosses and other products.
